Delivery Information

Cartons

We deliver most orders as cartons with StarTrack. We have a StarTrack account which provides us with competitive rates to deliver cartons across Australia, particularly metropolitan areas. We may deliver cartons to rural and regional areas with Australia Post or a courier if they are cheaper.

Pallets

If an order is large or contains bulky products (e.g., mats and rugs or floor cushions), we may deliver a pallet/s with a freight company as they are significantly cheaper. If an order contains lots of fragile products, it is much safer to deliver those products in a pallet than in cartons.

Order Processing

We generally process orders in between 1–4 days of receipt. Orders take longer to process in November and December due to the surge in orders for Christmas.
